Failed Transactions & Bad Customer Service

Transactions would fail and customer service would ignore you and even though m you have proof . I sent money it did not even appear under pending and now itβs been gone , customer service sees and do nothing this is a big disgrace ,

M2UMoney deserves 0 stars. Customer service is zero and M2UMoney wonβt allow you perform any transaction. And you canβt even talk to a real human being about it.

M2UMoney only allowed me to top up. I canβt withdraw to mobile money or send to my bank account. Now my money is just stuck in there
