Just downloaded app so we could watch 2000 Mules. Every time I try to open it, it just freezes on the open screen. Very aggravating. Fire TV here.

How to fix SalemNOW app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SalemNOW app on iPhone
Update SalemNOW app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SalemNOW iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SalemNOW on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SalemNOW network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SalemNOW Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SalemNOW not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SalemNOW App
1. On android, goto Settings » SalemNOW » click [Force Stop]

Update SalemNOW to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SalemNOW App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SalemNOW » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SalemNOW.

Fix SalemNOW unable to contact server/ SalemNOW internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SalemNOW » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SalemNOW » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SalemNOW
