I have an acct, but every time I enter the 4 digit code on my tv to activate the tv for salemnow, the web page gives me an error and says something went wrong....

Just downloaded app so we could watch 2000 Mules. Every time I try to open it, it just freezes on the open screen. Very aggravating. Fire TV here.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SalemNOW app issues:

Force Stop the SalemNOW App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SalemNOW app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SalemNOW to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SalemNOW App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SalemNOW app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SalemNOW.

Fix SalemNOW unable to contact server/ SalemNOW internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SalemNOW » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SalemNOW » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
