1 year ago7/12/22 I ordered a DVD of "2000 Mules" on 6/23/22. It has not arrived. There is no phone number to call you directly. My phone number is: 480-668-2915. I would like to order other DVD's, but not if customer service is bad. Another DVD I want to order is "The Matter of Life". I would appreciate your help in this matter. Thanks.

1 year agoI've reported this four times now. On June 1, I ordered 2000 Mules, and the Plot Against the President. I had it sent to my Dad Mr. Bill Kolling 201 Garden Way Bloomingdale, IL 60108. I paid for it on my VISA card. A total of 52.03 was paid by my visa card. I can't get an update on my order, and I've looked everywhere for a phone number to call to no avail. My name is Kathleen McAvoy, I didn't make an account until I started having difficulty contacting you. My email is kmcavoy24@redacted. My address is 13904 Alafaya Street Venice, FL 34293. Four stars because this system is archaic, but I love your content. Salem, if you had your media in the form of a streaming service, I’d pay for it. You’d dominate because most conservative content is being censored and banned but more and more people are looking for that content. Do your customers and shareholders a favor and get with the times... just a little though. Don’t get crazy like the rest of these godless bafoons. Your growth options are endless with media. Servers for publishing public social platforms, podcast, music. Streaming services.

Subscription service needed
The rental and purchase prices are pretty rough. A $20 rental is great for family movie night but for a “it’s just me night” I think that is pushing it. Let’s get that subscription service going and I will be more than happy to drop many of the services I already have to contribute to the change in the service model.
