No one answers your phone! It takes several days for VEO to respond to support questions and when they do respond, their response oftentimes seems like they did not read the request. For such a good product idea, this company has the worst customer service.

I couldn't get the Veo to stay connected. It kept saying lost connection.
I can not get the Veo camera added to my Veo account. I have contacted customer service who say it will be 2 or more days before they get back to me. I have followed the videos, the book that came with the camera, talked to another person who has the camera and we still can not get it linked to the account. We have games this weekend and were excited to use the camera, but now I am just upset with the company and their lack of communication and help.

New customer. I ordered two cameras. Both work just fine using a web browser. Connecting through the app is a nightmare. Eventually after many many tries I was able to on one. Never could establish a connection on the second camera. When I went back to the first camera that had success it failed to work again. Very frustrating.

The app itself seems very useful, being able to do just about everything you need to while on the field. But that’s not my experience at all.
No matter what I’ve done, I just can’t and haven’t ever been able to connect to my cameras. Whether I try manually to connect, turn off and on
the cameras, delete and reinstall the app, etc etc.
It seems much more practical then going onto their web app but that’s what I’ve been having to do. So until they fix it I wouldn’t bother with the app.

There is no way to make an account. They should have a system where you search for the teams and the age group and you see the recordings from there
