Force Stop the ToonMe App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ToonMe app. » click "Force Stop".

Clear ToonMe App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ToonMe app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ToonMe.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ToonMe » "Force Stop".

Again, got ToonMe » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
