Carcassonne app won’t open. It is glitching on the connect to server screen.

I was just playing the digital game Carcassonne an hour ago with no problem, then I opened it again and it just immediately crashes. I tried rebooting the iPad and it didn’t work. I love the game and will miss it if it is no longer supported.
