Do not use them. They are terrible. They ask for your documents and then just vanish. Account never opens and you send emails for months asking what is the status and just crickets. God knows what they do with your personal info. Then someone may contact you after a few months and you ask them to just remove then from your profile and delete your personal data, they will say ok but won’t.
Don’t use them. I am reporting then to SEBI as they seem like a scam to me.
I started to sign up for a mutual fund account and as part of the process SBNRI wants me to sign on a white paper and upload my signature. That had me. You are a startup digital platform and you want scanned signature on whitepaper in the age of UPI and digital transformation?!?! This is how 40 years ago money lenders used to take signature on empty paper. What happened to digital and secure methods?!?! I am keeping away from SBNRI.
I have created an this app account and completed al the details SBNRI asked, however activation of my Mutual fund account still not done after a week!!
I am trying to reach everybody and not getting any proper response! Mean time getting mail to activate my account by making payment, where the account itself not activated!!
Need more bug fixes or revamp SBNRI
They are quick in taking initial money and after that worst service, no updates. I am struggling to get my work done from past few weeks. You can only send them message. Waste of money and time. :-(
No one responds there is no real customer care to call. You can just message them. Send your money and forget about it.
Too much of dependency on mobile native apps. Unfortunately, you don’t provide web access. Now, I am not able to open SBNRI as it’s crashing for me. Tried multiple times since last 24 hours. No luck. I can’t access my profile anymore.
Using iOS 17.3.1 (21D61) with iPhone 15 Pro Max.
They offer only regular mutual funds which are including their commission in the expense. Hence the expense ratio is too high.
Go to direct mutual fund sites and invest from there.
SBNRI is a typical Indian company which is made to offer you same funds available in the market with higher expense ratio.
Once you sign in, you will end up with calls and emails from their agents trying all the way to fund out from you!
