MississippiPower is terrible when it comes to making payments. It took three days of fiddling with payment options to be able to make a payment to my account. I will say MississippiPower is considerably better than the last feature wise, but there are major issues that should be streamlined before I can consider calling it a good app
Shocking to know a power company would have an app with so many short comings.
App constantly asks for information as if you had never used it before. Drops information so that you have to remember account number plus all personal information.
This is an app that needs to be removed. It is easier to just pay by phone.
Btw This is my first ever negative review for any company.
So MississippiPower does not have facial recognition. It slow and cumbersome.

Need email to access account but no special characters on the keyboard. @ . To make it user friendly.
Payment system always fails and I end up having to pay using the actual website. Fix it please. Been like this for a month.
MississippiPower needs Face ID and would be a great app and worthy if 5 stars
I liked the old one better. It stored my user ID information. I don't like having to login in each time. Maybe I'll get use to it.
I love the convenience of using MississippiPower , but it be better if the facial recognition would work !

I actually really like MississippiPower. It is very user friendly! I am able to handle everything that I need to handle when it comes to my power bill.
I was blessed to be transferred to Jason. He was very helpful and nice, during the entire phone call. Jason has put me at ease, with my future transactions, with Mississippi Power.
My customer service rep. Was amazing and extremely patient. She waited while I made it through the whole process. Mississippi Power Should have more reps like her!!!!
