Unable to sign in because of the update on their end. So all my order history for $6,000 plus last month is gone. I had signed up for vortex military discount and that is gone. They told me to create a new account and don’t worry about order history just give us more money basically.
They lost $500 purchase I have switched to another retailer. Euro optic

I used to love using this app for shopping and managing my credit card. But the app seems to be getting progressively worse. I have to continually open then close the app to get it to load all the way. This morning was the breaking point. After many attempts it finally loaded completely but then suddenly closed itself, did this many times. I finally gave up and had to use the Scheels Visa app to pay my card. And the shopping side of the app has failed me many times as well, refusing to put things in the cart forcing me to have to use the website to shop. Not sure what’s going on but this app used to be great. Hopefully the developers are actually reading some of these reviews and will make some positive changes.

I see other reviews with this same issue. In my case I attempted to order MTM Case-Gard products, but they were all “restricted” and I was directed to go to the website to order them: they are plastic boxes!!! I assume that the restriction is because the word “ammo” is used in the description of the items. I contacted customer service via the chat feature and was again directed to the website to order the items and that they would forward my concerns to another department. I like Scheels, but in this case I used another vendor to get my MTM products due to this issue.
