How to fix ToolBox app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ToolBox app on iPhone
Update ToolBox app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ToolBox iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ToolBox on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ToolBox network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ToolBox Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ToolBox not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ToolBox App
1. On android, goto Settings » ToolBox » click [Force Stop]

Update ToolBox to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ToolBox App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ToolBox » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ToolBox.

Fix ToolBox unable to contact server/ ToolBox internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ToolBox » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ToolBox » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ToolBox
