Last two times I’ve placed my order through TASTEBudRewards they leave off ingredients on my sandwich. I’ve mentioned it to them twice and received a “oh we are sorry”. I love the food but tired of wasting my money.

Tried twice, can’t register

App keeps telling me to select an option for side of chips but offers no option. So I can’t do something as simple as place an order for a sandwich- which I’m pretty sure is the whole point of TASTEBudRewards

App doesn’t seem to work. It’s frustrating. When I ask the cashiers for help or clarification they always say “ we don’t know.” I can’t seem to get it to update. It’s annoying. Good luck

App will not even open up anymore, just immediately closes. Unusable! Horrible

I’d love to use TASTEBudRewards but my email addresses are not found when trying to use the sign on feature. I receive an error message when using the forgot my password function and I’m unable to register as my email & phone number is already associated with an account.

I’m standing in a store that’s not very busy. However TASTEBudRewards says a 50 minute wait. Yet I’m watching as orders that people ordered after I even arrived in the store are being made before mine.

I like that it’s easy to use and straightforward but the create your own sandwich feature needs improvements. I would go to add a premium extra, add to cart, check the order and find that my regular extras were now gone, so I went back to add the regular extras and everything else was still listed correctly, so I went to my cart and now the premium extra was gone. It was a rough cycle but I eventually figured out that even though the items were listed under each category, it did not mean they were actually checked off which is ridiculous. Please fix that, it was quite annoying. Otherwise love that there is now an app for ordering.

Taste itself is amazing and delicious. TASTEBudRewards needs work however. I selected the option to “order again” from recent orders, and did not receive the same order. A little surprised by the customer service response as well. I guess covid has changed everything in terms of quality and service for all restaurants, *sigh*. 😏

Just be aware that ASAP means an hour when you use TASTEBudRewards . Faster to go into the store and order in line.

Staff is nice and accommodating at the Hilltop Location. Food is always good.

Whether in person or on TASTEBudRewards - TASTE is simply the best.
