Kelsey is an amazing teacher and workout coach! Her platform touches on everything: sculpting, toning, flexibility, strengthening and endurance. There is a mobility day, a full body day, upper body day, lower body day, cardio/core/HITT, plus a 30-min walk/run day. You never have to think about what to do-it’s all laid out for you! She does a live workout every week and is great about being accessible and answering questions. Best workout app ever, and not just for the 20, 30, 40 set….I’m almost 58 and in the best shape of my life.
