I paid for a subscription to video cam app and I'm having trouble uploading videos?
I signed up for a 7 day trial and have only been able to use it once because there isn't an icon that allows me to upload my video to make changes to it. I was going to sign up for the year but I canceled it when i tried to use it yesterday and it didn't work!
I would like a refund please as I immediately canceled it
My money was deducted after cancelling my subscription please kindly refund and reply as soon as possible

I purchased this app and was very excited to play. Once i opened it, I clicked the upload it took me to my pictures and when it came back to the app it was just there sample video - so I tried again and same thing now not giving a choice or showing my pictures or videos… I’ve tried over and over again and nothing just the same video and nothing to click to get out of it - it slows me to make changes to their video but that does me no good. Not sure what’s going on, I messaged the suggestions because there is no support button and o still haven’t heard back - I’d appreciate a message back to fix this issue. I’d love to change my review and play with the app but Hoping this will get me to support. When you pay for something you want it to work and when you can’t get help it’s extremely frustrating.

I subscribed to this last month. After the trial period, I was charged for a full year. But after the trial period, the subscription doesn’t work. I see in my iTunes subscriptions that I am subscribed until November of 2022. Then in the app, I try to restore purchases, and it says there’s no subscription. So I try to re-purchase the subscription and it tells me I can’t because I already have a subscription!!! I haven’t changed my Apple ID, my iOS is up to date and the app is the latest version. I tried rebooting my phone and reinstalling the app. I had a video to do today and went to use this app and I can’t use it!!! Please fix or REFUND MY PURCHASE! I am so frustrated that I’ve spent these hours messing with this subscription and there’s no one to call to fix it.

This app is piece of crap because I can’t video myself to see what I look like with different hair color. It’s just some girl. Also almost all of them you’ll have to pay real money. Why apps like this so greedy?! I installed this for nothing. You guys is greedy. Always making people spend THEIR money. Sorry for being so rude. It just that it is so silly. Is there any other apps like this that doesn’t make me spend my money? I really want to see what I look like with black hair and blonde hair. I want everything to be free. I know you have to make the apps use real money and I get it. I just want to have an app that is free for once. Sorry for typing long. It’s just really annoys me when apps like this you will have to pay real money. Anyway, I am going to quit typing. Have a very nice day and god bless.
