This app… where to start.
It doesn’t link to your watch, or play on anything but your phone screen. Be prepared to enjoy finagling a way to watch your phone screen while trying to do the workouts they have listed if you’re doing anything other than the basic squats.
It doesn’t link to Apple Health, so there’s no way (other than to open your db app) to keep track of the workouts, which is insanely inconvenient, especially for those trying to streamline their workout journey and see ALL their progress - not just the progress that plays nice with Apple Health.
It ALSO doesn’t link to your activity tracking, so you can basically go f yourself if you’re trying to use this to close those rings and share your pre-wedding workout stats with the other people in your wedding party like every other workout app on the Apple platform does.
The subscription cost is laughable for the minimal amount of programs they have. Let’s be honest, there is only so much you can do with this machine and it’s accessories, and you can buy workout set posters, resistance loops, resistance bands, and weighted belts/bracelets/anklets from other retailers for less than the cost of 6 months of this subscription. You’d also have a lot more options for your workouts going that route.
This app is genuinely disappointing, but at least their machine lives up to the hype.
Do better db.

Really enjoying the actual machine! How we the app has ALOT of room for improvement. $10 a month is a little steep for the very small and limited selection of classes and programs. Also this cannot be played on a big screen, so not very convenient. Would also love a search option to look up a specific workout. I’m glad that they offered a free month trial, because I would not have been happy to be locked into monthly subscription for the limited selection.

I have subscribed and unsubscribed, deleted the app, re-subscribed, nothing works I cannot see any premium videos and it keeps asking me to subscribe when I am already subscribed. Apple Dave’s should have a look at the bugs here and remove this from the App Store until they have fixed the ability to login. There is a restore subscription button which does not work. PS I am using the latest Apple iPhone 13 max. It’s not me. It’s you, DB Method.
