Just downloaded this today. It kept logging me out at ever step. I could not complete account registration. Every time the settings window would pop up for camera and microphone allowance it would log me out. The settings link wasn’t working and I would have to try the process all over again. At least it saved the info prior to logging me out. Once I chose a physician she had 1 patient waiting. I was on hold for a very very long time. I gave up. I was feeling too fatigued to drive to Next Level urgent care but that may be a better option. So much for convenience. Worst experience. BTW using on iPhone 8 Plus iOS 12.3

I was helped by a very nice woman for my ear infection. The doctor was not the problem. I stood in line for a Doctor Sandy and the app shut out in the middle of me waiting after I paid my money and I had to redo the whole process multiple times and until I got a different doctor who answered right away. I was also charged for the visit. Now I understand why you had to charge me for a doctor I seen but why am I being charged twice. For that. Y’all get a one star from me.

First of all the times I did speak to a doctor they were RUDE. And short with me. Secondly one time I tried to get in queue to speak to someone the app crashed but they still charged me $35. When I called the number the app provides for support they gave me the run around and would not refund me my $35. Said I had to pay another $35 to talk to a doctor to get a refund. That doesn’t even make sense. Terrible. They just want your money.
