Not able to receive double identification code

I registered and completed all the steps, and when I put my local German mobile number, it either pops up an error window or takes me to the next page where I need to put a code that I never receive, even when pushing on resend the code button. How to proceed further? As it’s impossible to use AviMedical without this step completed!
