Overall I enjoy SuperiorCU . I like that the bill pay amounts are deducted right away. I don’t like that you can’t search or filter transactions by payor anymore. Also SuperiorCU doesn’t allow me to skip a scheduled transfer. I had to cancel the entire transfer then set it up again in order to skip that week.

I am so grateful for my app. I use it almost everyday to make transfers within my account and pay off my visa right after I use it. I also love that I can check what was withdrawn from my account/ when, and I can see if a check went through etc. You can also “nickname” your accounts too which is helpful for me to keep everything organized. Love it!

I like the new app however the search function is missing

Extremely poor s/w development. As an online banker it is frustrating when I can’t log on due to server error, etc. It took about 2 weeks after submitting requests for assistance when I was told the Facial Recognition feature does not work! What? Why does it show as an option if it doesn’t work? Whoever developed this should have to use it for online banking daily for 30 days! SuperiorCU should have NEVER gone into production and users should not have to do the trouble shooting for the developers!

My husband and I love the easy to use app. So many great features and love how easy we can transfer money. Also the features to see where we spend our money is helpful. Highly recommend

I love this banking app! I rarely have to go into the bank to do things such as depositing a check or making changes to my account. Very easy to navigate and user friendly!

A bit leery to use an app related to a mobil device but we use our on line banking on our desktop computer daily. Very convenient to our banking needs (love it). Doesn’t feel as secure on a mobil device.

The mobile app meets and exceeds all my banking needs. I use it often and it makes me very conscious of budget. Able to correct banking mistakes in timely manner to avoid fees for overdraft and such.

SuperiorCU is horrible compared to the previous one. The view of accounts is not as handy or as easy to read. The order of accounts is annoying and you can’t change them. Transferring money takes a bunch of steps. Even just signing off takes several steps instead of just 1. It’s much more complicated and time consuming to use. Just simply a PAIN!

I seriously would be lost without my Superior app! I love that you can transfer, make visa payment, make a car payment and use bill pay!

I like being able to see my credit score. Easy to use.

The roll out was horrible. No notification they were doing it. Can’t use any of the functions I used before. Customer service didn’t want to help. And if Superior thinks this is a good way to treat customers, they might want to find someone to buy them out. I’m moving my money to another institution. Where it is safe and I can access it.

I liked the old app, but I’m loving the new app! Especially the new bill pay, and can’t wait for the credit score access in SuperiorCU !

Update: The v1.5.4 release notes did not call out the auth issue, but did fix it on 12/1/20. It is still missing some features from the old app, but the new one seems pretty ok now that the security issue was resolved. Updating from 1 star to 4.

A quick smoke test quickly turned up that auth does not work and is bypassed after logging in once.
If you log in once, SuperiorCU appears to never lock itself and never requires a password unless you click the “logout” button. I could not find a setting to change this. You might consider waiting to upgrade the new app until Superior updates the security on SuperiorCU.

Deposits formerly had green text, but now does not so now both deposits and withdrawals are in black text which makes it less user friendly

I have been loving the new app! It’s very easy to use and continues to add great new features!

I’ve tried multiple times to open this ap on a new phone and it won’t. I’ve called for assistance and they just say that I need to go to a branch. How is taking my phone to a branch going to help?

Every time I get on SuperiorCU it says it doesn’t recognize my device and I have to verify who I am. What’s the point of even having SuperiorCU

I am in love with the new app! The new bill pay is awesome. Being able to track your payment with the post office is a great feature.
