Extremely poor s/w development. As an online banker it is frustrating when I can’t log on due to server error, etc. It took about 2 weeks after submitting requests for assistance when I was told the Facial Recognition feature does not work! What? Why does it show as an option if it doesn’t work? Whoever developed this should have to use it for online banking daily for 30 days! This App should have NEVER gone into production and users should not have to do the trouble shooting for the developers!

This app is horrible compared to the previous one. The view of accounts is not as handy or as easy to read. The order of accounts is annoying and you can’t change them. Transferring money takes a bunch of steps. Even just signing off takes several steps instead of just 1. It’s much more complicated and time consuming to use. Just simply a PAIN!

The roll out was horrible. No notification they were doing it. Can’t use any of the functions I used before. Customer service didn’t want to help. And if Superior thinks this is a good way to treat customers, they might want to find someone to buy them out. I’m moving my money to another institution. Where it is safe and I can access it.
