I have had my payment refused by Electroverse. This is only the second time I have used the card. First time no problem. Have tried again to pay, and refused. No contact number to contact company to sort out problem. Now I need to charge my car and my Electroverse card will be invalid.

I cannot log in to my account on a PC. It says it is sending me a code but I never receive it. I also cannot plan a rout on the android app it just says there is an error
I have tried on numerous occasions to join Electroverse without no luck. Furthest I have got he put my email in and then it says something‘s gone wrong. Please try again later. I am currently with octopus and use the same email address. I do have the app for Electroverse so I have tried on the app with no luck and tried on the website if you could help with this situation, I would appreciate it thanks
