How to fix Engage app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Engage app on iPhone
Update Engage app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Engage iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Engage on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Engage network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Engage app issues:

Force Stop the Engage App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Engage app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Engage to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Engage App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Engage app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Engage.

Fix Engage unable to contact server/ Engage internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Engage » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Engage » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Engage on android.
