I do Smile Express scans at nine in the morning. The first message from my doctor to move to the next aligner was 8:43 pm. The next message was 11:07 pm. The message after that was 11:28 pm. The last message was at 1:45 the next morning. I’m sure the doctor isn’t at work after one in the morning. She told me she has no control over the artificial intelligence in the app that sends updates. That is crazy. Why not have her messages come to me when she sends them the way every other electronic communication does? How do I have “anywhere” conversation if a computer decides many hours later when I will receive the doctor’s answer? You people are really messed up.

This app is very very useful to connect to your doctor fast and easily. Usually you’d have to call the doctor or even have an appointment but now they scan your teeth and you can easily message them. I had a few questions once and messaged my doctor on the app, very quickly they responded and answered the questions. I was in school during this so I wouldn’t have been able to call them. The app is very useful.

Love this app!! It makes dental work so much easier and more convenient than I ever thought it could be!! I love being able to view past, present and future scans and messages, as well as being able to send a fast message directly to the dentist, rather than having to call and leave voicemails. Extremely easy and useful.
