Over priced.
The app stated a virtual visit would cost $50 and would be free if you have insurance. I just received a bill that states my 5 minute virtual visit cost $107! They charged my insurance and then sent me a bill for $30. This is bait and switch. I have deleted the app and will never use again. Costs less to see a doctor in person!

Never Sent Email Verification to Make Account
Tried 30+ times on the mobile app and a desktop browser to create an account and I never received the email verification to create an account. Even tried a second email address.

Doctors Care
I am sick with a Sinus Infection and I called my Primary Care Doctors office and was told I couldn’t be seen until I get a Covid Test. That made no sense to me because I have to wait 3-5 days to get the results. I registered to get an appointment at CVS Minute Clinic but couldn’t get an appointment until the next afternoon. So I kept looking and found Doctors Care for an online appointment. I was skeptical but I tried anyway and I’m absolutely impressed. I told her all my symptoms and she said I needed an antibiotic. She sent them to my pharmacy of choice and everything went quite smoothly. I didn’t have to wait in a doctor’s office around all these sick people along with myself being sick. I didn’t have to sit in there waiting to be seen. I highly recommend this way of seeing a doctor when you’re sick unless of course you have other medical conditions that wouldn’t be safe to do it this way. Very happy to find Doctor’s Care!!
