Blue Stream Fiber TV Reviews

I have had the Blue Stream Fiber app installed on several fire sticks from 2022 and all work perfectly. I purchased a newer, same model one and installed it and it will not work. Says “DRM failed to connect and provision. Can’t play now.” I performed all the usual tricks to get an app to work but nothing helped. Unfortunately I erased my old fire stick to give it a fresh start but when I reinstalled the blue stream fiber app on it, it now gives me the same message!! There haven’t been any updates in 9 months so I am not sure why this is happening. Does anyone have any clues??. Before this I would have given it 5 stars.

Anytime having to pause my show I have to uninstall to reinstall for it to connect. Freaking frustrating. I’ve called blue stream and was told this is what I have to do! This horrible for the money I pay for this not to work correctly!

It doesn’t work and customer service could not help resolve the issue. Very disappointed

App does not work. When signed in, I have a blank channel list saying “No channels match your current filter”. Please fix.

BlueStreamFiberTV is terrible and incredibly frustrating. I got locked out of my account and can’t even try to reset my password.

The only thing playing is a black screen and I have audio. It’s been this way for a week who can help t fix this!

More than half the time BlueStreamFiberTV doesn’t work to play recorded shows. It says there is no network but that’s just not true. Why even offer an app if it’s built so clunky. Unfortunate my HOA made us give up Xfinity for this garbage

I don’t care who bought this or who partners up with blue stream. It is and always has been a garbage and a dumpster fire of a company. Dont let the foolish members of your HOA push this garbage in your communities.
The best analogy I have for blue stream is buying a Toyota Camry, peeling off all the Toyota logos, and stamping Lamborghini logos on it instead. AVOID

Have to constantly delete and re-download BlueStreamFiberTV 1-2 times a week. Will either open up to a blank screen or alert something along the lines of - TV cannot be watched at this time, must call provider.

I tried to link with Watch Tv Everywhere (horrible process by the way). My channel list shows on the Watch Tv Everywhere website, but isn’t syncing with the Blue Stream app. Very frustrated since I’m paying for Blue Stream so I should access to my channels on my phone.

This blue stream is the pits tv doesn’t work half the time,can’t stream on iPad I tried everything talk to company called apple no one can fix this problem. This Sunrise association should have left Comcast here we had no problem before now a nightmare.

If you miss the good old days of radio then BlueStreamFiberTV is for you. You’ll enjoy hours of audio content while staring at a black screen. The interface is ugly and clumsy. Which, I could overlook if it worked. But it doesn’t. Not ever. Easily the single worst app I’ve downloaded in the last decade.

The application worked initially when I first got the service now for the past couple months I am not able to access any programming whether I am away from home or even inside the home it does not stream at all so this application definitely needs to be updated sooner arriving later

The account has been register and confirm it works on FireTV Tv Edition. It even works on other iPhones ie 13 but bot on the MINI version. Can someone assist or escalate to the development team???

Called blue stream 3 times so far, still working on it. Hardware is terrible. Minor league player trying to play in a major league arena.

BlueStreamFiberTV is generally good, but doesn’t allow you to put videos in a Picture in Picture, so you can’t browse other apps while watching, and it doesn’t support Airplay, so you can’t send the video up to another device easily. There isn’t an Apple TV version, so you must use their Android TV device with it’s app, even if you have a better setup already.

BlueStreamFiberTV works mostly fine but it is missing some QoL functionality. For instance, while watching TV and you want to rewind you must click to get the on screen menu. Only then can you select the rewind button. I use Apple tv 4k and have a remote that has fast forward and rewind buttons but those are useless with BlueStreamFiberTV.

This Bluestream app works nicely. I was able navigate BlueStreamFiberTV and watch any channel with ease. Pictures are clear and the sound quality is very good. You can use it outside the the local Bluestream territory with no issues. The negative reviews that show up are totally wrong, pay no attention to them.

I Watch TV every night from about 1000 miles away. As of yet I have not had a single problem. Thanks

I got this to work right away, on my iPad, easy-peasy, when I was 3,000 miles away from my home (Bluestream) WiFi. Able to access live TV and my recordings, no problem.
