Wasted more than a month of my time trying to work with them even with cusomer support help. I recommend you find another rental reporting service asap. I had nothing but issues with first signing up it wouldn’t let me sign up and kept glitching when I would try and connect my bank and I kept retrying and retrying, then when I finally got the app and finally created an account I paid and thought it was ready, I kept having to reupload my lease 4+ times. Then I thought I was ok again & then it said I had portal issues, through out this I’ve been reaching out to customer support for help yet I seem to keep having issues and little help. After all of this I find out to have a email typo and I reached out for it to be changed & my account got deleted and now I have been unauthorized from creating an account. Im going to write a review of my experience because this has been nothing but issues & instead of helping me rebuild my credit I have just been wasting my time.

Didn’t do anything for my credit score and it was a pain to get my past rent payments verified. I kept getting new notifications that some piece of information was missing so I’d contact customer support and they would not read anything I wrote to explain the situation, and then respond many hours later (despite it being a “live” chat) and give a completely unhelpful and irrelevant response because they never read my message in the first place. Eventually I did get it all verified and set up and it had no effect on my score. Then I tried to do it for my husband, who obv has all the EXACT SAME rental history and information as me, and they couldn’t verify, wouldn’t read my customer support messages just like the first go around, so I couldn’t get it set up and had to request a refund even though he was the one I really wanted it for because he lacks credit history. Ultimately big headache and $60 something bucks for nothing.

First of all, let me say there is NOTHING seamless about this service. I uploaded pictures of my past lease documents and they came back a few days later and said they didn’t get them. So I had to scan them and send them in PDF files. Finally a few days later they said they got them. I gave access to my checking account, that was easy enough. My rent is the only thing I pay for with a check. So on my monthly statements there is literally one check to verify as my rent. They said my payments were missing except the last 2 months and requested I download pdf bank statements and highlight my payments. Huh?! Why give access to my checking account if you’re not actually going to use it to verify? I feel like they literally just wanted me to do the work for them. When I sent a message to ask why it couldn’t be verified, the response I received was basically- don’t worry, the last 60 days of your payments will be reported to the credit agencies. Needless to say I have spent an hour downloading and highlighting bank statements, just to upload them into the app for them to verify my payments. If I had it to do over again I absolutely would not even bother with this service. My credit isn’t bad and I don’t necessarily need the “28 point average” they say I will get from using it. This is as a huge headache and I do not recommend anyone using it!
