I have been unsuccessfully trying to change my profile, especially my phone and email, and need help. I enter all the changes and then click save changes, but the changes do not enter and save. I paid, and registered, on my computer, then tried downloaded and tried to log in on the phone app several times but it did not recognize it.
My google account was somehow damaged and my phone number just changed. I can't seem to log in. Please send me a text, email, or phone call to give me instructions. I spent $30 at the beginning, now without any notice, they forced me to spend extra monthly fee, and they require donations all the time. Shameless on you, just like a money hole!

Signed up and paid the $30 fee. The decision to charge for the app is fine by me, but why not comp people who paid already a year? Simple enough to do surely?

Unfortunately I did not have good luck with this app. It runs supper slow and locks up every time I try to use it. I’ve tried to contact the help desk to no avail.
