If I could give this 0 stars I would. Very bad and annoying.

Couldn’t open webinar.very disappointing.

It has two big problems:
First it doesn’t work and jump from chrome to app
So you should enter the link in AdobeConnect
Second it keeps giving this error: enter a valid link
But my link was valid!!!!

The sound volume kept fluctuating, no handouts available, app kept freezing, and I was not able to view the slide presentation! When I switched to the web I was not able to hear the sound 😡

Hello to the team of Adobe connect
I have a huge problem with this application that always bother me
I can't go to the meeting when i tap open the meeting on chrome browser, Safari, Firefox & ... . It stocks in a loop and tell me to install app! But i already did!
It happens to me a lot. Like 20% of times that i wanna go to a meeting.

And recently No matter how hard i try to fix it, even if i reinstall AdobeConnect , clearing cashes, it won't work.
I lost so many classes because of this
And the thing is that we can't always expect our classmate or teacher to send us URL code & link, they're busy with class and it's a burden on their shoulders to send links all the time when they didn't face the same problem...

I hope you fix it in the next version...

I use the old adobe connect for online classes and i have a username and a password for signing in which are working fine on the old app but this new app doesn’t accept my username and keeps asking for email address that i dont have!!!

I don’t know why but it doesn’t work for me ☹️

Please add Q&A support. This one is so much better than the last but I find myself being forced to use the old one because this one doesn’t have everything I need yet.

adobe you are great company plz update app and fix issues , you can do this .

still not support pdf files, the usefull doc

It is so better than Old version and orginal version from Adobe!
the orginal adobe version is so old and Bugs. please add support from PDF Files.
