The removed the ability to login from a browser and the login option in ontopo doesn’t work. I get “something went wrong “ error message

The log in security code hasn’t worked I. Over a year always have to wait for customer support to get it. Ridiculous inefficient stupidity
ontopo requires a cellphone number to send a code to, but doesn’t send a code. It’s the only way to set up an account and it doesn’t work. Don’t see any option to get help.
