How to fix Kpopsies app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Kpopsies app on iPhone
Update Kpopsies app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Kpopsies iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Kpopsies on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Kpopsies network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Kpopsies not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Kpopsies App
1. On android, goto Settings » Kpopsies » click [Force Stop]

Update Kpopsies to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Kpopsies App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Kpopsies » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Kpopsies.

Fix Kpopsies unable to contact server/ Kpopsies internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Kpopsies » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Kpopsies » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
