SACOساكو won’t let me add anything to the cart and the website won’t allow my payment method… and their customer support through the phone or social media is nonexistent. Overall a failure in all areas. It’s laughable as they just acted that they were aware that their website and app is not customer friendly and that they fixed it. What a joke

غلطة لن تتكرر ان شاء الله.

موقعهم وايضاً التطبيق كلاهما سئ وبطى

التطبيق لايعمل وموقعكم يعلق

لايمكن الدخول بكل المحاولات

ما قيمة التطبيق إذا كانت الشركة تستلم قيمة المشتروات ولا توصلها للعميل وتماطل في رد فلوسه!!. شركة بنت سمعة سيئة تحاول أن ترقعها بتجديد تطبيقها ومازالت خدماتها غير موثوقة.

غير معقول أنه مافيه أي معلومات أو وصف للسلعة .اذا أردتم فتح متجر إلكتروني (اونلاين)تعلموا أبجديات السوق الإلكتروني
أ:
كتابة الوصف والمعلومات المتعلقة بالمنتج بكل تفاصيلها
ب:
إرفاق دليل المستخدم الخاص بالمنتج
ج:بعدها أعرضوا المنتج

بطيء. البحث عشوائي ولا يجد ما تبحث عنه ولكن ستجده عند استعراض الأقسام. للأسف يصر على وضع عنوان غير عنواني. لا يعرض مواقع المتجر في المدن المختلفة باستثناء جدة. اجور التوصيل غير معقولة مقارنة بغيره مثل اكسترا وجرير

التطبيق لا يعمل .. لا استطيع تسجيل الدخول لا استطيع ان اسجل لا استطيع تصفح التطبيق .. شركة كبيرة مثل ساكو تملك تطبيق بهذه السوء صراحة كارثة

Very bad you cannot finish shopping always there is a problem with payment

Cart is empty no matter how many times you put stuff! The same issue happens online throu saco website. Disappointing.

When I want to buy the best stuff in the market, my first destination would be Saco… but seriously, shopping through their website or using such app is a very bad idea 👎

App is very buggy and needs some upgrades for better and smooth experience till now i rather go to the branch than shopping online.

I had an order from them and they cancel it after 5 days because it’s not available

I appreciate your consistent attempt to improve and I do believe SACOساكو will be at its best.

Great app!
Search could be better though. For example if I want to see just all the Bluetooth speakers...
