Amazon Freevee Status

I am trying to watch the Troppo series 2 but there is NO picture only the sound track.

I constantly receive errors when trying to open freevee tv. I have cleared several times by resetting my firetv to factory setting. None of the other corrections have worked. What could be the problem?

Freevee programs cutting off just before ending. If I restart & fast forward to near the ending & resume they will play to the end. Very frustrating to say the least.

In the last few days I have watched two programs and they have closed down just before program finishes so I do not see endings and they go onto next program also one film we tried to watch was a different film from what we were trying to watch

Freevee Live had a Peoples Court live channel that I cannot find effective this evening 12-21-23. When will it return? Thank you

Error code PLR-3017 when I try to watch a show I’ve been watching for a long time till now on the app with my fire stick. I need help figuring out how to fix this, so I can continue watching.

No pictures get sound only

I have 3 smart tvs in in home and all 3 freeze up on commercials on Freevee only...What is the deal. Just started about a week ago.

Screen goes to the show “Harry” then immediately turns to a purple and green striped screen and begins to make a siren/ emergency signal sound. Nothing will stop the noise except exiting the application.

I'm not sure that it is even legal to cut off the ending credits at the very beginning of them to interrupt with a cooking show or a court tv show. This is the second or third time this has happened. Tonight it happened at the very beginning credits of "Dan in Real Life." They were showing the rest of the movie during the credits, and it switched to court TV show. Again, please examine copyright law. I do not think this is legal, and, as a film buff, the ending credits are very important to me.

Hi, anyone else having problems watching 2017/2018 seasons of neighbours on Freevee? I am able to watch older episodes and the live channels but when I go to load the 2017 episodes it says I am not connected to the internet when I am. I think maybe this is a capacity issue with the app with the number of episodes that have been uploaded. Any way of resolving this as I have been unable to watch them since they were uploaded on the 15th.

I can barely hear the movies on freevee. How can I resolve this? I had my audio all the way up, on my soundbar.it still wasn't enough. "Alone in the Dark" , for example I had to turn it off it was so bad. I don't seem to have a problem on TV series just movies. Thank you for listening 🙏 Leslie

The Freeview crashes my phone ALOT!! Why?

Watching Sneaky Pete, and the captions are missing on the second season. They worked fine on the first season of that show, and every other show I watch on FreeVee, and I watch FreeVee nearly every night. I've checked my settings, and captions are always on, due to my hearing loss. Are captions available for that show?

While watching Jury Duty on Freevee it keeps shutting down taking me back to my Home Screen so I have to sign in again thru Prime to get back to the show. After 3 minutes it shuts down again.

The iPad app often freezes when coming back from an ad break. It just hangs until the app is restarted, then the ad break plays again! Also, showing the same two ads over and over. That’s something that doesn’t happen when Freevee is played on the TV.

Will kot play anything on the app. Error code PLR 5027.
