I would like to get some credit for our passes which we never used because I had back problems. This would have been our first year at Killington. We used to ski at okemo and were looking forward to skiing at Killington this year. Can we get partial credit toward next year’s passes. I have not been able to have get a response on the phone. Cannot contact reservations by phone. Have tried over 20 times by email and phone during the last 6 days. Need to cancel Feb. reservation
Run tracker doesn’t work well at all

Day One picked up half my runs, Day Two didn’t register at all.
Not accurate

Cool to have the map at your finger tips and to see what is open and closed to plan out where you wanna go next but the tracking is a huge disappointment. Finished my day excited to see how many and which trails I went down only to see the app only had 6/20 runs I did. Need better tracking technology or way to track runs. Great idea. Just needs more work.
Awesome app, tough for the colorblind

Love everything about the functionality of this app. The only thing I would change is the coloring. The color indicator for “Open Trails” vs. “Groomed Trails” is too close together in color for the colorblind folks out there. Otherwise, it’s fantastic!
