I want to use Cinnabon, but I can’t use it. None of the Hawaii locations are in it despite having several on Oahu. I know that other Mainland people have been complaining about similar issues and it’s even more egregious for me because I need to get on a long plane ride to use Cinnabon . Is this a feature or a bug, because some apps like the Burger King and Popeyes app only caters to the Mainland and leaves Alaska and Hawaii out to dry and I want to know whether I should delete Cinnabon or not. Please respond back ASAP. I will change the review if it’s fixed.

It’s nice to get a free reward when you can redeem it. I’ve gone to the this app at ocean county mall and can’t get cause it’s not available. Is this why your giving this reward? Very annoying. Then you get a snotty worker on top of it who hates her job. Jeez this app let’s get it together.

Completed a pick up order to my nearest location, got charged, and arrived to the this app. The manager told me there was no way to check my order because it wasn’t made through a delivery app. He didn’t believe I paid for the food and almost didn’t give me an order. Will never use Cinnabon again. For reference I ordered for the this app in Columbia, MD.

I have an iPhone 11 on iOS 15, when launching Cinnabon a pop up appears “app can not be launched” I hit OK and it just closes. Very frustrating. I even uninstalled and reinstalled.

Kinda annoying that it only works for 4 locations, none of which are near me, and maybe email out a different form of coupon for rewards so I can use it in stores.

Now Cinnabon is super easy to use just like other food apps but it only has 4 locations. When you get rewards for signing up and your birthday other locations won’t accept the coupon since they aren’t on Cinnabon . That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of and I couldn’t get my birthday reward. Extremely disappointing !!

The had something like this previously but it didn’t work well. And now I see it’s not much different. I didn’t get a birthday a reward and when I went to use the coupon for my download reward it expired before the lady could scan it. Was disappointed with the time setup.

Every time coming here great experience my iced coffee’s come out super awesome the workers there are great and professional I feel bad that people don’t leave till May tips for their hard work especially when you have one person doing cashier making coffees plus warming up whatever I’m buying or whatever people are buying. Maybe a raise especially for this location because of amount of people that come over there is ridiculous.You should value your workers.
