Free Birthday coffee is bull. I went and the manager at Meadowood Mall said I needed a UPC code to get it. The company sent me a Happy Birthday email. There is nothing on the email about getting a UPC code. Baiting people into the store is going to be reported if I am not contacted. BBB frowns on this stuff.
Called you on Tuesday, about a complaint, you sent me a code for a free Cinnabon, that’s terrible, after I spent $24.00 for Cinnabons that were stal. And the code you sent does not work.

I want to use this app, but I can’t use it. None of the Hawaii locations are in it despite having several on Oahu. I know that other Mainland people have been complaining about similar issues and it’s even more egregious for me because I need to get on a long plane ride to use the app. Is this a feature or a bug, because some apps like the Burger King and Popeyes app only caters to the Mainland and leaves Alaska and Hawaii out to dry and I want to know whether I should delete the app or not. Please respond back ASAP. I will change the review if it’s fixed.

It’s nice to get a free reward when you can redeem it. I’ve gone to the Cinnabon at ocean county mall and can’t get cause it’s not available. Is this why your giving this reward? Very annoying. Then you get a snotty worker on top of it who hates her job. Jeez Cinnabon let’s get it together.

Kinda annoying that it only works for 4 locations, none of which are near me, and maybe email out a different form of coupon for rewards so I can use it in stores.
