Get Pricing Info for Paytronix SystemsI love checkers so don't take this compaint wrong.. Usually everything goes well but not just 30 minutes ago. I got on my account you buy one sandwich and you get a big buford or a chicken sandwich for free. So I go up there and as for this and she tells me about 12 dollars.. And I said no I have BOGO until August 21 and gave her my phone number for my account. Then she said that wil be 1 dollar and 12 cents, and I said that can't be right that is too low. So she told me she applied my 10 dollars I have earned and thats why it was so low and I said that is not correct I should only be paying for the Baconzilla and I did not want to use my 10 dollars, so she said oh ok, and then said that will be six dollars and 79 cents, which is what it should have been. We left and when we got home we found we got fries and the two burgers and the receipt said that she used my 10 dollars and did not charge me for the baconzilla but charged me for the Big Buford, Fries as well, and she did not charge me as she said she was. I want my 10 dollars back in my account. Your checkout people seem totally confused by the app as it is always a discussion on what they need to do. I give my phone number and still they do not understand. This one bothers me because she did not do as she promised to charge me only for the baconzilla but for everything.

I ordered my food through this app and it said that it would be ready in around 3 minutes. First of all, just within the app, it’s so hard to navigate and find your pending order and it’s status. Next, when I get to the restaurant, there’s no direction on where to pick up, so I went through drive-thru only for them to tell me that my order wasn’t placed and that I needed to wait 10-15 minutes to receive the order. So I waited for 15 minutes and tried again and this time a different lady told me that they still hadn’t received my order and that I needed to wait another 10-15 minutes. So of course, I waited for another 10 minutes, hopeful that they would receive the order. I even tried checking the app and it said my order was already completed, so I went up to the counter to see if they had the order. Again, it wasn’t placed.
Thankfully, the manager came and verified my order status, and gave me my food. But it is absolutely absurd that after half an hour the store was not able to receive my order. I made sure it was right place and everything, it simply just didn’t go through so don’t bother wasting your time downloading this app.

I ordered online through the app when I pulled up at the checkers In Memphis Tn At 3240 Austin Pea y Hwy … THE MANAGER ( Short Lady With Glasses ) didn’t get her name but she was there on Aug29,2021 when I arrived to pick up my food at 4:36p EST … She Told Me They literally Had nothing No Burgers , No Wings , No Fries , And the ice cream machine was down … So I politely ask the Manager to cancel the order on her end cause it’s not giving me an option to on my end … she told me she can’t cancel it and she don’t know how to use the app and to basically leave … I continued to sit there on line because I wanted my ordered cancelled cause they had already took the money off my card … I knew it wouldn’t be the same day that it’ll come back on there but she couldn’t even ensure me that it was going to be back on my card .. so the lady walked off to the back cursing And saying we need to F***g Go We we’re holding up line … But Yet You Have No food so why is there a line ???? So after sitting there 5more mins and her refusing to come back to the window and assist me I pulled off from the restaurant… went up the street to Wendy’s and successfully got me something for lunch … I have still yet to receive my refund ….

I went to this location twice in a two day period the first day they told me that I had to get out the car when I ordered online for myself. And I had to wait ten minutes for it and I noticed no one had uniforms or non slip shoes and their customer service skills are lacking. The second day I had my baby in the car and my niece and she loves checkers and since this is the only one in the area I went back. Their were a new set of employees with their uniform on . I ordered on the app again and I told them I had babies in the car I. Can’t get out. So when I went to the window and told them I had a mobile order a employee proceeds to get an attitude with me and slams the door in my face to get a manager. Which I have no clue why I only ordered fries ( which were cold btw) . Then the manager comes apologizing saying there’s no excuse but people walked out and she’s their best employee . She was very rude and I don’t understand why this is the only checkers that yoh have to leave your car for a mobile order and I’m not getting out when I have a 3 month old and a toddler. Don’t go to the vine street location in Kissimmee not wirth you time.
