I was able to use ThriveRewards perfectly fine in January for a couple weeks. Worked fine. After that, when I would try to log in it wouldn’t go through. Before when I’d try to reset my password it would say “email sent to…” and I wouldn’t receive anything in my inbox, spam folder, etc. Now, 9 months later, I actually receive a link to reset my password and I went though and did that only for it to have me put in information, one being a phone number. I put my number in and it says “this phone number is already taken.” It’s the same phone number I used to create the account and the one I use to track my orders. They have records of all my orders from the past 9 months, but no one can tell me how to actually access my over 1000 points and when you go into the store and ask, they just say “yeah our rewards program is down and has been for the past couple days.” It’s been 9 months of this. Terrible.
