customer support is very much not pro, i would not reccomend for the useof an alternate phone as -they advertise unlimited talk and text. they actually told me the carrier flagged my account for abnormally high use and all i have been doing is telling all my friends about it. anyhow admin is saying now there is a limit but when i ask what the limit is they just tell me i can cancel. i tried to press for details but they just become moreabrasive and again say i can cancel.
theyhit me up for a reviewlike5 times in less than a week of having it and now this ohhplus the number i picked was changed and inwas isseued a different number. they did fix that right away but again just odd leevel of communication from admin. i my rating for SecondPhoneNumber is that it is ph perfect and id give it 5 stars if it was all they say it is but super misleading and unprofessional staff i say its a no go. dont waste your coin

So I don’t know what happened but SecondPhoneNumber glitched out or something. It’s stuck on a page, telling my my subscription expired but even when I paid for it it’s still stuck on this same screen. Not even uninstalling SecondPhoneNumber helps and I can’t get in touch with the customer support. I just want my money back. Update: Been waiting still… for like over a month for a reply after sending tons of emails and still nothing .

I did the first subscription which it a week and it work prefectly and after that I renew my subscription and upgrade to a month. And since then it as stopped working. I no longer receive messages and I can't text out also. After paying.
I sent an email and no reply till now. If it not going to work kindly return my iTunes back to me because I don't understand.

Paid $170 for a full set of features and the service worked fine until yesterday. I opened SecondPhoneNumber to see the sign up screen. Each attempt to login (several times) a box popped up asking to take a screenshot then email to the biz line email. That was over 24 hours ago. If you plan to use this service as your primary phone, then look elsewhere. (Yes I canceled my subscription which goes through December and will find another service).

You cannot do anything besides look at SecondPhoneNumber with the free plan, you never get your “un-dedicated” number and you can’t text nor call people through SecondPhoneNumber . It forces you to import your contacts before doing anything so it can steal all of your information and sell it to apps like “Real Caller” and so on. Do NOT install unless you’re planning on paying $120/$99 a year. It asks you if you want to use it for 3 things, and the third one being for receiving verification codes (which is in the free plan) but when you get into it, it will tell you to buy a number.

We purchased a home in Mexico and needed a local number to create accounts with online retailers. Purchased SecondPhoneNumber and received a Mexico City phone number. None of the online accounts would accept it. Within 30 min of purchasing SecondPhoneNumber I reached out to the developer to report the problem. I was informed that these second numbers only work for voicemail. I informed the developer I would be canceling the subscription and requested a refund. Haven’t received the refund yet! We totally regret wasting our time and money on SecondPhoneNumber😫😤

Since I can’t respond to the developer’s false response, I’m writing a new review. After signing up for the 3-day trial I was immediately charged for a one-week subscription. You’re not supposed to be charged after signing up for a “free” 3-day trial, but you are immediately charged ten dollars despite it saying it’s a free trial. Don’t listen to whatever the developer’s response is.

Don’t download, they’re liars, they said texting is free and nothing is free, if you choose the free option, they’ll still ask you to pay before using the free option. Nonsense app.

Just after you paid for unlimited text and call, they will block your number and ask you to pay to unlock your number because you have exceeded the limit for texting

They make it very hard to cancel the subscription. I used SecondPhoneNumber for maybe a day and have been being charged weekly from a PayPal account but when I log into my PayPal there is no card information stored on there so I have no idea how they are taking money every week from my account

Have been using this for a month. It’s good but it has a lot of extra things you need to buy like mms messaging and call service. That’s okay, I still use it because it seems like the best in the industry so far. What bothers me is that when I send texts, if it’s longer than the text window it won’t expand so I can’t see or edit what I’m writing. There are other strange things about SecondPhoneNumber and how it functions but it doesn’t trouble me as much as the text window thing.

A 3 day trial ended up being over with the first night I installed it. Actually in a few hours time. So I reached out to ask about the rest of the trial period and was told that they credited 600 more credits as we were messaging but I was never able to use them. Then I could never get a person to reach back out to me. So it’s ok if you just have a few text messages but it’s the worst when it shuts down in. The middle of a intense conversation. #fail

I think my issue is the limited text messages, plus you have to pay an extra amount just to have picture messaging enabled. Thats really not fair but ok. Other than that i think the service is fair. I’ll settle for now though

The basic function for the price of the service is a bit high compared to other apps that offer downloading of photos as part of their basic package. The constant messages from SecondPhoneNumber Support trying to get me to add additional features and functions is annoying. First of all… I already subscribed for a yearly plan at a higher price than other apps. I don’t want to have to pay any additional higher monthly charges for services that should be already included or at least at a lower monthly cost. So please App Support… stop sending the bothersome messages and keep filling up my history list.

I just subscribed to my second line service, I paid for a month, just as I sent a message, I couldn’t send another and I couldn’t make calls. Each time I try to make calls, it will say my carrier has been blocked. And I just paid, please unblock my phone

Comes in very handy when I am dealing with email accounts that I manage. Now I don’t have to use my wife’s account (which frustrates her to no end) at a reasonable price. It also gives people two ways to get a hold of me if by some chance my main number is disabled. Great Work 👍

It’s only $5.99 and it’s quick to set up and they do not use any info u don’t want to use . Setting up was a total of 5 min and quick not many questions asked and I made up a email address. When u pick a number from any state once u call the number u want it doesn’t even show it shows a totally different number . “Oh boy did I love this . I got the plan for one week . It was perfect for me love it thank you . Every other app wants questions after questions and. So much money .

I will not recommend SecondPhoneNumber to anyone. It’s very fake just as they did to me.. SecondPhoneNumber is a big scam. after you pay they will block your account within days!!!!

I put five stars to prevent SecondPhoneNumber from hiding this message, SecondPhoneNumber is not what you’re looking for if you need a new verification number. It makes you pay for that, it literally advertises that you can use it as a verification number for free then it asks you to pay! Pro tip, MySecondLine you cannot make money appear in our pockets if we’re broke! ADVERTISE TO THE RICH IF YOU’RE GONNA BE GREEDY!
I hate that y’all all do that, Try watching the first episode of DHMIS so you can learn how to get creative! 0-5 stars for me!!!
