I made a second line to include as an RSVP number for my upcoming wedding and started the free trial and assumed they would charge my account after the trial well I noticed the account had signed me out and had a meltdown because I sent out invitations with the number on it so I reached out to customer support thinking I wouldn’t hear back until a few days later. Well I thought wrong a minute after I sent my email Aaron M responded and helped me right away and was able to reinstate my number. You saved me from a line of chaos. I appreciate how fast and efficient you were.

I am really enjoying Second Line. I get my calls and text on the same phone I use for my main line and I can differentiate between the two. You can set hours on your business line so if you don’t want people to call you after a certain period of time, it will go directly to a professional voice mail that you can set or have an automatic one. I would def recommend SecondLine2ndPhoneNumber to everyone that needs a second line and not an additional phone.

Had a tough time getting an issue resolved initially. Tech support couldn’t help. It turns out that I inadvertently blocked the 2L contact within my phone which caused all calls to go to my main mobile line. It took a bit of back and forth but they kept at it and figured it out for me. I’m looking forward to continuing my service. Now that everything is working properly, I’m pleased with SecondLine2ndPhoneNumber .

I have never written a review for an app before but I was so disgusted by this one I went out of my way to do so. If you’re looking to use SecondLine2ndPhoneNumber for verification purposes then don’t do it. Even after signing up for the trial period and inputting my payment information, once you setup your phone number etc. you will receive a message that states “these type of messages are only for after the trial period.” Unbelievable. On top of that, it’s one of the few apps that make you input your phone number to even start using it. I would rate this as one of the dirtiest/scammiest apps I’ve ever used.

I used to love SecondLine2ndPhoneNumber but now it’s barely useful to me. No one can call me. It goes straight to voicemail and only shows up to me as a missed call. I have contacted support and followed all the steps they gave me to no avail. To make matters worse it doesn’t send me notifications either. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but it hadn’t helped. I have verified my linked number several times with no success. I’m at my wits end! I suppose I will just have to find a new app to use. I’m sad about that because I will have to get a new number but this one no longer works for me.

After my paid subscription has been out of service for an entire week, today I discovered my telephone number had been canceled. I have a total of eight trouble tickets, a rep name Jose advising they haven’t forgotten about me and was in the process of fixing the problem. This telephone number is associated with my business for which I’ve lost quite a bit of business due to this issue. This was my error as I thought it was Sideline. Do not subscribe to the service as they do not have a true tech support group, and no customer service telephone number. Awful service and experience

I was looking for a second like that wasn’t too expensive to use with my business but can also provide more than google voice and I found it in 2Line.
I would definitely recommend SecondLine2ndPhoneNumber. It’s not free but I think it’s priced well. I’m able to brand all my text with my logo and set personal response to missed calls… out of office…. Which is awesome!

I paid for the subscription, after reading mostly positive reviews, and used SecondLine2ndPhoneNumber a total of three days, as a business line. Had already given the number out to clients, and day four, SecondLine2ndPhoneNumber reset and wouldn’t let me get past the “choose a state” without following the prompts , RE-Purchasing the subscription, and choosing a completely different number! Original number LOST, trust from clients LOST, because now I look either foolish, unorganized, or unethical, calling from a different number, and having to give them a different number to call.
I deleted SecondLine2ndPhoneNumber . 😡

So far so good. It’s only been a couple days but seems to be the answer I need to keep my personal life and business separate but on one device. The only thing I’d suggest is make a business hours feature to where you can set hours of operation and outside those hours an automated response gets played for incoming calls and auto reply messages for txt.

I use this as my business line and am very satisfied with what I am able to do on this second line. I have even recommended it to friends needing another line.

App crashes when I try to save pictures sent to my number. The only way I could get picture was to screenshot and not use the save option. And lastly when I dialed a number from SecondLine2ndPhoneNumber it wanted to call from my real sim coz the call pushed towards my real phone calls. Edited that’s my review but SecondLine2ndPhoneNumber is truly unlimited texting after you pay.

This is the third second number app I’ve downloaded and every one of them want you to pay for a subscription!! I wouldn’t mind paying for the service but if even in the trial period it won’t let me view messages unless outside of the trial then no thanks. I just switched to using Apple products because the iPhone is a quality smartphone but wish Apple would stop being money Nazis and making you pay for just about anything you try to do on their phones.

Never had a problem with an unstable connection. Very easy to use and intuitive.

Aaron from support solved an issue I was having (my fault, not SecondLine2ndPhoneNumber ’s) within hours. Very appreciative.

I’ve used a ton of second phone number apps, and this is the one I chose for the long term.

I used to love SecondLine2ndPhoneNumber so much, but my subscription lapsed for just a few days and now that I have paid to resubscribe I am unable to use SecondLine2ndPhoneNumber . It first told me I needed to purchase a number, so I thought restarting SecondLine2ndPhoneNumber would help. Now I can’t get past the select a state and number screens because it wants me to purchase yet another subscription. Reached out on Facebook as it’s the only way we’re given to contact them and got nothing in return. Makes me regret my purchase.

I highly recommend using the second line app for any small business or needs for a second line.
I like that I am able to have a second line without having to have an additional cellphone

The worst investment I could’ve made for my business. I’ve had issues with the interface to the point where I could not see texts or numbers when trying to dial. I’ve had SecondLine2ndPhoneNumber randomly log me out for days at a time causing me to miss phone calls. In business that’s everything! I’m horrified and disgusted by my experience with SecondLine2ndPhoneNumber. I now have to order new business cards so that I can remove this number from them.

I have been using this for about a month or so for my business. It logged me out and won’t let me back in. My clients can’t get ahold of me. I’m gonna have to change apps. Have been using sideline app for years for a different business and never had a problem but unfortunately it only gives me one number. So I chose to use SecondLine2ndPhoneNumber but all day today, I have no business line. I have sent an email to support but no response so far.

but just want to make a suggestion when the number was imputed to computer said I was spam caller or something negative plus I’m fast when it comes to texting it’s almost slow

I use it for my second job. I am able to view who is calling and that it is coming from my second line. The best feature is that I can send messages as well. Perfect for what I needed!! Highly recommend!!

I’ve had it for about 6 months now. It’s a nice option for those that half to have clients and keep work and home separate. Works well, and is easy to use.

Great Customer Service. Answered and Remediated issue within minutes

As far as the Second Line Service is concerned texts go through immediately and phone line works great.

SecondLine2ndPhoneNumber needs dark mode and caller I’d to see who calling when someone calls

Taking too long to receive texts don’t like at all

Don’t download they want 15$ every month

Deceitful no mention of monthly fees

I cancelled my 3 days on the first day . It seems to work well but why do I still have service if I cancelled this !???? Now I will be getting charged 14.99 a month or some crazy thing ?
