I have a problem with OnMail

- The mobile app needs an alternative option for viewing split inboxes, as the current scroll bar of tabs can become overwhelming.

- The split inbox concept needs some touch up when used between multiple accounts, and the app freezes when adding emails to a split.

- The web app needs a united inbox view.

- The app does not have an easy setup for Apple Mail.

- The ability to add additional accounts is behind a paywall and requires upgrading to premium.

- The $5 monthly fee for a single account import may not be suitable for average users who want to try the service before committing.

To resolve OnMail network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the OnMail App
1. On android, goto Settings » OnMail » click [Force Stop]

Clear OnMail App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » OnMail » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart OnMail.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click OnMail » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto OnMail » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch OnMail
