Order not refunded , accepted order with no issue ensiled shop now and tulones

I ordered three items with these guys, thinking I'm supporting a black owned company. I emailed them stating that the items I ordered were not sale items, they were regular priced. On the site they state sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. They emailed me back saying they cannot exchange or give refunds. I explained I brought regular priced items and they don't fit, but they stated the same no refund or exchange. I'm stuck with smaller items and that's that. This company needs to look at the complaints and make adjustments on their exchange policy at the least. I will spend my money else where.

I ordered a large shirt..got it & it was too big…e-mail them to see if I could exchange it for a medium…they say no exchange so I ordered another shirt this time a medium…got the shirt today & the medium is the same size as the large & I can’t exchange it…so I guess I just lose out on $130… I will not support no more…at least y’all should let people exchange..I have been spending plenty money with yall

I would like to say that I tried to support them because they are black owned, however they were very rude and disrespectful! Please find another company to support because they do not value your dollar since they have celebrities wearing their clothing now.

If you are not sure of yours size please do not order from this site as they do not give refunds or allow exchanges. I feel they should at least give u the option to exchange a size. Paying 70 and 80 dollars is a lot of money for an item that u can't fit especially when u can't try the item on and it's cut different from other items u have ordered in the past.

I placed a order like almost two weeks ago and still haven’t received a update that it’s even been mailed , I mean 75 dollars is a lot to just be waiting . And they don’t give you a way to try and contact for a update .. I meannnnnn

Never had an issue ordering from this company before until now. I placed an order on December 7th and it is now December 22nd (3 days until Christmas) and my order is still in Atlanta. I was told because the order was fulfilled, I can not get a refund because once it’s with USPS it’s “out of their hands” and “not their fault”. They also made reference to a Holiday Shipping statement that was posted to their website supposedly in November (date posted is not on the site), however, this information was not posted on the HOME PAGE or IN THE CHECKOUT where all customers can see it. Instead, it was posted in the Refunds section, so you would have to go and look for it. With Online shopping being the new norm during this pandemic, I feel that them putting the info in the Refunds section is very misleading because every website you go to has a statement posted either on their HOME PAGE or IN THE CHECKOUT letting customers know upfront the possibility of them getting their package by Christmas. So, now they have my money and I have no gift. And I bought a whole outfit (jacket, shirt, and pants). I wonder how many other people are in the same boat as me. This is very bad business. The moment they saw that orders were being delayed, they should have adapted and changed their method of shipping. That way everyone is happy. They would still receive the amount of business they’ve been getting and the customers would receive their gifts by Christmas.

I have a confirmation saying my order was delivered yesterday November 16 I have not received it as of today.I need to know what is going on or need a refund
