Don’t use, it’s worthless

I took out a loan to buy a truck. Everything was fine until I tried to use this piece of garbage app to make a payment. You can’t! I have to go on my home computer, go to their website, login in, THEN I can schedule my payment. They are also ZERO help trying to get assistance with the waste it time app! No need to use unless you just want to see your general account information. Other than that, just wasting space on your phone.

Terrible app/terrible company

The app redirected me to an update your password page which I did. It then redirected me to the login so I entered the info I just updated and now I’m completely locked out. The “updates” talk about new colors and schemes….I don’t give a $&!¥ about what color my accounts display as, I want to see, have access to and be able to interact with my accounts which is all predicated on being able to login through the app!

Unauthorized Device

I am unable to use the app. When I open the app I’m presented with an error message that states my iPhone 11 Pro Max on iOS 14.3 is an “Unauthorized Device. For security reasons, we have disabled the usage of this application on this device.” I searched online for the error but didn’t find any results. I also tried using the “App Support” link in the app’s App Store listing but it just brought me to the website’s home page.
