I bought 2 dressers and one of them was broken. It took them 3 weeks to respond and refused to give me a new one cuz they did not have any left and I had an option to give both back cuz I ddi not want to have different type of dressers in my bedroom. They asked me to dissasamble the dressess which took me 3 days to assemble cuz the documentsrion was wrong. Finnaly TERRIBBLE experience. Also Custoemer Support canceled the chat when I was in the middle of my sentence and now they are ignoring me. Stay away from the APP!!

This app is awful, with terrible customer support. They donโ€™t respond to messages, and the delivery is completely unreliable. Even when you choose a specific date, the delivery doesnโ€™t match it. Absolutely terrible service. They donโ€™t even respond on their Instagram.
