Dissapointment

I bought 2 dressers and one of them was broken. It took them 3 weeks to respond and refused to give me a new one cuz they did not have any left and I had an option to give both back cuz I ddi not want to have different type of dressers in my bedroom. They asked me to dissasamble the dressess which took me 3 days to assemble cuz the documentsrion was wrong. Finnaly TERRIBBLE experience. Also Custoemer Support canceled the chat when I was in the middle of my sentence and now they are ignoring me. Stay away from the APP!!

This app is awful, with terrible customer support. They donโt respond to messages, and the delivery is completely unreliable. Even when you choose a specific date, the delivery doesnโt match it. Absolutely terrible service. They donโt even respond on their Instagram.
