Hi, for some reason my custom weather widget is not showing on my screen. I’ve checked in the app & it says it’s active but on my home screen it is just a pinkish box with no information at all. Can you help?

How to fix CuteWeather app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CuteWeather app on iPhone
Update CuteWeather app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CuteWeather iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CuteWeather on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CuteWeather network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CuteWeather Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CuteWeather not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CuteWeather App
1. On android, goto Settings » CuteWeather » click [Force Stop]

Update CuteWeather to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CuteWeather App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CuteWeather » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CuteWeather.

Fix CuteWeather unable to contact server/ CuteWeather internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CuteWeather » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CuteWeather » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
