I tried to logon with my user and password and couldn’t login. It kept saying user and password incorrect. I took my time and still it said the same thing. I only downloaded LIBERTYDental bc the website will not complete the “im not a robot” box. It just circles and circles and then no check mark. It’s ANNOYING. It makes me want to switch dental plans asap
Seriously, this is a really bad experience. From unlabeled buttons, two elements of LIBERTYDental it is impossible to access with voiceover, The onboard screen reader to make the iPhone experience accessible to the blind.

downloaded LIBERTYDental . Tried creating an account but keeps saying member can’t be validated. Disappointing and frustrating.
Nothing about LIBERTYDental works. Won’t let me create a new account and won’t let me search for a near by dentist office. I only got LIBERTYDental because it was sent in a packet with all my other documents from my employer and I wanted to go paperless but what’s the point if it doesn’t work and I have to use the packet that was sent to me.

LIBERTYDental is not functioning at all. Can’t log in and continually get error messages even with correct credentials. LIBERTYDental needs to be pulled off LIBERTYDental Store or fixed. Their website is almost as bad.

Since downloading it some time ago I have yet to be able to really use any of its functions. There was one point, brief point, where I was able to search local offices in my network. That has since gone and now it’s back to useable.
I can’t get past the registration process. After you enter all of your info, the only button available to press is “cancel,” which takes you right back to the beginning. BROKEN.
It won’t let you complete an account registration with LIBERTYDental . Just use the website and save your time and headaches. I have an iPhone 13 pro max with the latest IOS so it’s obviously LIBERTYDental creators fault.
Logged on to their website and saw they have an app. Downloaded it and now trying to sign in with the same log-in information, but it says “we can’t seem to find you account.”
No icon shows up on iPhone X with iOS 14.0.1 have to go to App Store and open LIBERTYDental ? Edit: Found it hidden in the iOS 14.0.1 new icon folder, iOS/my problem not Liberty Dental.
I had no problem signing up or using LIBERTYDental . You need to follow the directions exactly or it won’t work. I love LIBERTYDental.
LIBERTYDental works good for me. It’s really easy to create an account and find a dentist. Digital ID card is really useful .
When it asks for your member id number, dont put the letters b4 it just the number!
