The rides on this app are the same price as Uber an Lyft.. This has to be a joke. The difference between this app and Uber/Lyft is this app do not have a lot of drivers so the wait time to have a driver pick you up is much longer yet they are charging the same price. The owners of this ride share service needs to rethink their marketing strategy. Why would the fee for the rides be the same as Uber and Lyft yet the passengers receive less benefits than if they ordered a Uber or Lyft…lol Does not make any sense. Also there are no promotions for new sign ups or any promotions at all for using this app yet with Uber an Lyft they offer new sign up promotions an they offer points promotions after passengers complete rides. After I crossed compared the fees associated with this app an Uber/Lyft (which were exactly the same) I immediately deleted my account an removed Wridz from my phone and I blocked their email address from my email account. Wridz is laughable at best and a complete waste of my time.

This company has no support at all… i had a problem with Wridz finishing adding personal information and made several reports of the problem with no replies at all. Waste time and $30 for nothing…. I bet they are not even busy thats why they charge!

I created account, added my email, a password, used the verification email to get on Wridz . Then I wanted to examine Wridz so I tried to sign back on. It won’t happen. It gave me an error message which happened so fast that I couldn’t get a screenshot. I emailed the company and have not received a reply.

Had a Uber driver recommended this service to us while we were riding with her so we tried it later that day. We got the same driver from earlier accept our drive request and she text me that she couldn’t fulfill our request because she was busy tracking care of personal business… why even accept our request then? Tried asking for another driver after that and nobody would accept. Wouldn’t recommend.

I found out about Wridz because I took a Lyft and the driver was promoting Wridz claiming that it would be cheaper than Uber and Lyft because they do not charge surge pricing. I downloaded it and next time I wanted to order a Lyft I compared the price for the same ride on both apps. Not only was the ride not cheaper on this app, it was actually slightly more expensive. The driver who recommended Wridz to me drives for Lyft and Wridz. It’s clear that he was trying to promote Wridz to Lyft customers to poach them and get them to start using Wridz instead. The rides aren’t cheaper, there are no discounts, so how do they expect to compete with other taxi apps. It doesn’t make sense.

Just another rideshare company which could be investigated for pyramid scheme because they require the driver to pay them $100 to drive every month total scam

I won’t be using this service until they accept Apple Pay as a payment method.

When finding out this company was coming to the Cincinnati area. I looked into the way this company structured their company to only figure out they have no filing in Kentucky or Ohio so I reached out to them to of course only get the cold shoulder. As what I figured out most of these new up coming technology companies are great at building a app however very bad at structuring their entity and for this reason I would warn people before signing up as if something goes wrong it could end up very bad for you the little guy. Will they laugh.

App takes to long to find a ride and accidentally stops looking for a ride after a minute of trying to find a ride.

Had Wridz for a month and still unable to find a driver.

Wridz crashed my first three time trying to start it. On the fourth try, it started … after 31 seconds of thinking about it. Then crashed during account setup.

Lousy, not ready for riders, feels like it was created in 2004, not 2024. I wouldn’t trust it with my personal info.

Met two young guys that work for the company (they said a relative owns it). They just moved to town and told me to stop vaping in the smoking section of the bar (plenty of seating else where) then they tried to sell me on the company, like true California tech bros. Hard pass on this company, at least here in Texas. This review is not about how the company conducts business but more on how the higher ups act in public.

This company is great for drivers and riders, however there have been several times where riders will be also be doing Uber or Lyft, and I’m not sure if they noticed they picked up a rider with this app. Communication between the rider and driver is unnecessarily difficult through Wridz , idk. But I know it’s still a work I’m progress.

App is very slow and buggy. When I try and tip my driver, Wridz crashes. I like the idea but it’s currently very buggy.

I’m signing up as a driver in cc , let’s see . Urber don’t care about there drivers especially when passenger makes up stuff to get refunded back .

This just came to DFW and it’s amazing. Saving so much money during rush hour over using Uber or Lyft. They are still adding drivers but a few minute wait is okay by me.

Do you have a app crash A couple times and GPS also crash but Driver was your family also send me a text saying he was on his way I did notice a big price difference and a good way it was cheaper 👍

Absolutely exceptional. Driver was 5 minutes early, provided water, and had a fire aux cord. I use wridez over Uber whenever I get the chance for their comparable fares and overall better quality drivers. I would highly recommend to try it out to everyone.

this app just launched in Minneapolis, so I gave it a shot. I was quoted a little over half the cost of the same ride by Lyft and booked the trip. Wait was under ten minutes and the driver was great. It was his first day, but he appreciated that he keeps more of the ride cost than from the big two. I also like that Wridz shows how much of the fare the driver gets.

I’ll definitely use this again.

Anything beats Uber and Lyft. Drivers get paid nothing. They should all quit.

Downloaded Wridz specifically because you guys let Ryan is driving film etc his YouTube stuff. Went to try and find an app and it’s way cheaper. I love it.

With all the super friendly and helpful drivers I’ve encountered Wridz has unlimited potential!

Great app definitely best ride share app I have used

Uber wanted $23 to right down the road. this app only charged me $10. Definitely blew Uber right out the water.

The lay is so much better, at least 20-50% increase for the driver.

I never have experience search non-hassle app.
