When I decided to end my ride, it took like seven minutes to respond than the actual time of end order which costed me double the amount that I wanted to pay

It's not working for ride but it's working for take your money!

Most of the times scooters pin on map are fake!
- Slow in app Fast at bank!
When you unlock the bike(if you be successful) the timer start but the app is frozen for afew minutes! So the time process from unlock to ride wil cost you around 5tl just bcz the app is frozen,
-Lucky to move!
If you be lucky to find the bike and lucky to unlock and lucky to start the bike will not move half of the times!!!! It's like the brake will not release for move! I tried to do it again but not fixed!
- beware for your behind cars!
I was riding the bike with the average speed and I know how much speed is average! But he bike start brake at moment and the bwhond car almost closed to kill me! No notice to brake! And the limit is bcz the ride price be more!
!!! I use everyday the scooters for work and I have to try all the days!!!
Taking my money

This app is taking my money without any reason. I have trying for a days to contact the app people in what’s link in the APP but not working, I tried also with the email provided in the app even not working. I tried to cancel my VISA but app not allowing?!
This app is designed in such way to take your money only.
Even one star is too much for this app.
We are on 2021 but still some app trying to be smart in people who trust them. Shame
