Purchased Infinity Membership & Still No Access. Is This a Scam?

I purchased the infinity package for grade 1 to 5, but I am still being prompted to pay when I try to use a grade 1 infinity course. Also, the customer service contacts are invalid and unreachable. It says that I am an Infinity member, and I’ve taken screenshots. I need help with access ASAP or I’d like assistance with a refund. I purchased the package a few hours ago and I only have 24 hours to request a refund.
