It doesn’t work the camera
Can’t scan passport because it don’t open the camera to do it. There is no option to grant access to the camera. Useless app.

There is no apparent way to change the language from English from where the app opens up. How do you expect people to use it? There is a lot of advanced English here, even somebody with some proficiency is not going to be able to use the app. But as a taxpayer, I’ve come to expect nothing more than mediocrity from our government.
