Read 20 Customer Service Reviews 😠💢

Beware: Lost data, no customer service

It’s a great concept for an app, but I do not believe it is reliable. A month after adding all my information into Timestripe , one of my kanban boards was inexplicably deleted from my account. I was unable to recover the lost data. I reached out to customer support several times for assistance but never heard back. If you decide to use Timestripe, please keep a backup!

Repeated Weekly Events Landing on Wrong Days

I really like this application, its been my favorite planner. but the bugs are putting me off. I set my events to repeat weekly, but they are falling on the wrong days and messing up my schedule and I'm constantly having to manually move them to the correct position. My date nights are set for Friday Evening and are set to repeat "Every Friday" but the future weeks show them on Thursdays. This is happning for multiple events. If you guys can fix that bug, I can comfortably continue using this planner.

Amazing concept with too many bugs

Bugs need to be addressed. this app is a great concept app, with new features rolling out slow, I’ve been a subscriber for a year and have been using since 4 years ago, I recently started using again but noticed that nearly no improvements have been made in over 2 years.

There are so many workflow things that need to be polished and the iPhone app seems to be just electron.. sad.. I hope they will polish Timestripe to be more friendly to workflows and general UX.

Great app but glitchy on my iphone

I’ve migrated to mainly using the web version on my computer because the mobile version is so hard to use. For some reason it doesn’t let me move to future days by swiping on horizons, and if I want to look at previous days it only lets me move two days at the time when I swipe. I love the way goals are structured in Timestripe, and the horizons initiative is honestly genius, but this problem is very concerning, and it’s got me looking for an alternative app…

Great app, but would love a pomodoro feature!

Timestripe has many good features, such as the life view ,and the years view, that I truly enjoy.
However, I would truly appreciate the addition of a feature which many productivity apps have: a focus timer. A timer that allows you to focus on one task at a time and then records your time spent on that task would be most helpful.
Thank you all for the great work you’ve put into Timestripe so far!

Fantastic App, huge potential !

There was a few glitches with the company’s system but everything was resolved immediately afterwards, love Timestripe and I’m looking forward for future improvements!

Expanding your ideas for growth

It helps you to really understand what more you could and should be doing in a day and organize things in a much better way. While there at times is a little lag when trying to organize too much at once, overall it is very responsive and reactive, and with such a clean design it takes what tick tick’s strengths are and dominates on each of them allowing for notes, and links. It could use some integrations with other apps, and some great linking capabilities between Obsidian and Craft and Email platforms like Spark, and for others AppleMail, Outlook.

Love it but

Love it!! But App crashes when you press pomodoro symbol and other times 2) wish you could hide insights climbs and gallery from.the tab bar 3) wish you good hide the today widget from the home screen..instead would like 'Today' listed under boards and simply be able to swipe from today to the next specific board. 4) an undo button after deleting something 5) ability to add an image to the board title or 5) calendar and reminders sync doesn't seem to be working .That's about it. Love the potential!

Una Bendición

Esta aplicación es una obra de arte nunca escribo reseñas y esta es mi primera jajaj pero guau quien sea que hizo esta aplicación o el equipo que lo hizo gracias 🙏

這是一個優雅、實用的App

Timestrip是一款界面簡潔優雅,功能實用的App。提供的鳥瞰視圖、長期追蹤、climb、與calendar同步等功能都非常棒~我會堅持用下去,也希望程序越做越好

Minimal, easy to use, with unique planning features

I have ADHD and can say I have tried out almost every single planner app in the store in search of something to help me with goal planning. I have not seen a planner app yet that has this specific feature set I have been looking for and is this cleanly designed and easy to use.

Having to assign and update specific due dates, or calculate out weeks, or keep track of what I’m working on each month, and juggling that with overall yearly goals is enough traction to keep my sad dopamine-deprived brain from engaging with goal tracking apps.

Timestripe’s feature of already having weeks, months, quarters and years cleanly separated as buckets to assign tasks, and its ability to stack tasks as deep as I want and assign any task or sub task to any bucket is just so nice and clean and creates such a smooth experience.

I prefer tracking tasks over a week (almost like a mini sprint). I can now easily create yearly goals, sub goals under them (and sub sub goals under those), and assign the different levels of tasks to a quarter, month, or week. This helps me not get overwhelmed by seeing all that I have to do at once, but also gives me the comfort of knowing there is a structured but flexible plan in place over the months, quarters, year.

Once I finish a goal during the week I can look at the month or quarter to find the next task in that specific list to add to my week for my next to do for that goal. I also love that tasks that I did not finish one week carry over into the next so I’m not constantly having to update dates.

I haven’t spent a lot of time on the boards feature yet, so can’t speak to that as much, but the planner section is perfect.

Awesome web app and promising iPhone app

Thanks for building this! Timestripe is awesome!
Two requests - good caching (seems like it pulls entire web page right now), and iOS widgets!

Ps I wonder if there are any ideas on how to integrate this well with Things3….

Great app

Timestripe makes me feel better ,but my English isn’t well,I need Chinese please !!!

WOW GREAT APP

Awesome app! Exactly what I needed. Stylish, simple 👍 Just discovered it couple days ago, still learning to navigate through Timestripe . Only thing that confuses a little - midday hours 12pm (it’s 12am in Timestripe ). Also since I use Apple Watch a lot to remind myself about day goals and tasks, it would be fantastic if you guys dropped Apple Watch version too 🤩🙀 Thank you 😊

Amazingly useful

I love Timestripe because it makes me really productive. I’ve tried number of app over the years and only this one sticks. Time Horizons and ability to create own climbs are great features.

Google calendar not syncing

I like the idea of Timestripe . But if I made any changes in Timestripe the google calendar doesn’t sync my changes accordingly. I have to get the URL and import in calendar again. Is it only on my device or is it a bug?

I love it!!

Love Timestripe, it’s exactly what I wanted for task management. Devs, would you consider adding a function that moves completed tasks down to the end of a list? For me they stay where they are in the list with no way of sorting easily (I can drag them down but that’s a hassle if there are a lot to move)
💕

Perfect for my brain!

i love Timestripe so much. It's everything I need for planning out yearly themes, goals, weekly tasks, etc. I can even plan for the decade. I use the week function the most because I am so used to a physical weekly planner, but I am enjoying experimenting with the other spans of time and building personal projects and bigger goals

Best widgets ever!

As a long term iphone user I always kind of felt like widgets were for android folks. Not only do I use this app every single day, the widgets absolutely make Timestripe invaluable for me. I can look at my daily, weekly monthly quarterly yearly and even life goals together, all on one screen. If you’ve ever read The One Thing, you really understand the value of Timestripe. I’ve been using an inbox approach so I have a widget on a separate phone screen to brain dump anything that pops in my mind. I review the inbox weekly and either schedule, categorize or move those tasks into other lists. My other favorite feature is using the website on a computer. The interface is excellent. Looking forward to seeing what else comes down the pipeline in terms of new features in the future!
