So I’ve downloaded this app twice; once in summer ‘21, and again a few days after New Years ‘22.
The entire time I’ve had it, I made improvements each day. Tracking myself makes it easier to improve.
I have tried a handful of other habit apps, but I like this app best; simple, straight to the point, easy to use, lots of features, and a pleasing design.
The only drawbacks I’ve found are there aren’t enough emotions to choose from when recording mood, and you do have to pay to make more than two habits. Luckily, it’s quite affordable and immensely useful.
I appreciate that it can be used as a habit tracker, a schedule of sorts, daily journal, mood tracker, and daily reflections.
It makes it easy to tell yourself what you want to improve on, and helps you have a place to process your day and emotions.
Bonus, marking of habits makes you feel accomplished. Love that sweet sweet dopamine, right?
