How to fix Check-Mig app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Check-Mig app on iPhone
Update Check-Mig app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Check-Mig iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Check-Mig on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Check-Mig network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Check-Mig Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Check-Mig not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Check-Mig App
1. On android, goto Settings » Check-Mig » click [Force Stop]

Update Check-Mig to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Check-Mig App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Check-Mig » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Check-Mig.

Fix Check-Mig unable to contact server/ Check-Mig internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Check-Mig » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Check-Mig » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Check-Mig
